Anna-Wili Highfield is a Sydney based artist. After studying fine arts, Anna-Wili worked for several years as a scenic artist for Opera Australia before realising her paper and copper pipe animals.
Her paper sculptures are created from archival cotton paper that is painted and sewn together. The copper pipe is bent and manipulated to create forms reminiscent of line drawings.
